1. SHIPPING TERMS:
– Once the order has been placed, it will be processed & dispatched within the next 48 hours;

We CANNOT correct any addresses once the order has been processed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible for any corrections;
– Lash Secret Club is NOT RESPONSIBLE for and NOT COVER CUSTOMS FEES determined by government regulations, that may occur in a different amounts depending on the country of destination. ALL CUSTOM FEES should be COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER;
– Couriers we use to deliver your packages are through DHL, ARAMEX, USPS, local post and other couriers, depending on the country of destination. All couriers are independent agencies and are not operated under or by our Company. These agencies conduct their own businesses within their own standards and abide by their own rules and regulations.
2. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE
– Normally Shipping takes 5-7business days from the moment the order has been dispatched. In some cases it takes up to 10 business days, depending on the country of destination.
2. PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED
– Return to sender. If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, your courier will mark your package as “return to sender.” Please email us to email@example.com, or use a quick chat on our website and we will ship it again to the correct address. Be aware, second shipping will be CHARGED (paid by the customer). Please DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address before completing your order to avoid extra shipping charges.
– Stolen. While your courier will do everything they can to ensure you get your order, there is a possibility that your package could get stolen. Therefore, please track your package with your courier’s tracker online so that you are able to receive it when it arrives. We are terribly sorry for your loss. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen product and cannot cover your loss by money refund or product.
– Misplaced. If your package says that it is delivered, yet you can’t find it, please check with your neighbors to see if it accidentally got placed in the wrong location or some of your family members has received it on your behalf. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for misplaced or lost product and cannot cover your loss by money refund or product.
